Most of it reads like someone who is just out of school produced it with all sorts of starry-eyed excitement, I think. I think she might be about 24, or less, in which case serious cluelessness is excusable if she's open to criticism.

I suspect that picking on a wedding planner who is actually offering a same-sex service in Ireland, whether or not they use the perceived-to-be-correct language to describe it, is counterproductive for everyone concerned. Why not write "polite letters" to every tabloid newspaper and ignorant talk show host and sermonizing priest you can find who are out there expressing genuinely, shockingly homophopic and ignorant views, rather than someone who may just be a little silly and/or verbally unsophisticated?

There is evil out there in the world but this is not it. It's nothing but a soft squishy target.
