Hmm. It appears to be relatively futile, given the current shape of my life, to plan LJ entries. I've had scads of the things swooping around in my head for the past few weeks, but as generally happens when I plan to write something of this kind, they have assumed such unwieldy proportions in my imagination that I haven't been able to sit down to write if I don't think I have the time or energy to do them justice. Which is pretty much the default state at the moment. Silly. I should just leap in and type.
